Ordering 

So, you’ve made your choice and would like to order something on Magazento.

To get your order proceeded as soon as possible we kindly ask you to fill all the fields in the ordering form carefully. Please pay special attention to enter the valid email address as all the detailed information on your order will be e-mailed to you. Please be careful and re-check yourself when entering your address. The mistakes in the address can potentially cause the unwanted delays in your order processing.

After you’ve entered your contact information, you can double-check the data in the next window and make the adjustments, if any. As the next step please select your preferable payment type as well as the currency. After all the necessary information is entered successfully, click on "Order" button to place your order. The confirmation page will prove your order to be completed successfully.

Please note that your order delivering will be initiated after your payment completion. Those orders paid by a credit card or directly from your bank account (bank-transfer or online transfer) will be processed and sent immediately. If you would like to pay with the check, the product/service will be delivered after your payment is received. Please note that online orders are processed automatically and therefore faster than those orders placed by fax, email or by phone.

To place the order successfully you are kindly asked to specify the following:

  • Product name and (if possible) product ID
  • Ordered quantities
  • Billing and shipping addresses if different
  • Phone and fax numbers if available
  • E-mail address for booking confirmation and invoice
  • Selected payment type and currency

Please note when ordering by credit cars you will be asked to enter credit card owner name exactly in the way placed on the credit card. This ensures your payment to be processed without delays.

 

Delivery and services

After your order is successfully placed, you will receive the e-mail confirmation with detailed order information. Please not Magazento provides services as well as products. After receiving the service order we'll contact you in the way being convenient to you to provide you with the service. In the case of product ordering you will receive the link for the ordered product (Magento extension/Magento template).

Services and products delivery depends on the payment type. If payment by credit/debit card is chosen, your order will be provided immediately or within 48 hours in the case of e-mail delivery. The prolonged e-mail delivery time could be associated with e-mail services peculiarities such as black-lists, banned domain zones, etc. In the case of any troubles with e-mail delivery, please do not hesitate to contact us through the link below. In the case you pay not with credit/debit card, the delivery will be initiated immediately after we'll receive your payment. In any case you will receive the confirmation e-mail after your order is successfully placed.

Security and privacy

As the ordering process is completely automated, the payment data are available only for the gateway payment system. Payment data, depending on the payment system, may be presented but not limited to: credit card number, payment account number, addresses of any kind etc. All data entered on protected pages are secured with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. All payment gateways we are working with are protected with SSL.

Refunds and cancellations

Being the Magazento.com customer you can return the products or decline the services withing 30 days from delivery date. In the case of unsatisfactory product or service quality you are in the right of asking for money refund. You can return the product or decline the service in the case they are not corresponding to your order. To avoid the situations like these, please, consult our support team before you place your order to receive the answers to your question on products or services details.

In the case of service ordering, any refunds are made based on the time already spent on your order realization. To apply for the refunds you are expected to send a request note as it is convenient for you with the problem details explanation.
